Based at Bayside Fitness Club in Poole, I help people turn setbacks and injury into a clear path forward, building strength, confidence, and capability along the way.
My approach is centred on understanding how the body adapts to stress and movement. Rehab doesn’t have to be confusing or overwhelming, it should be clear, progressive, support long-term change and enjoying the journey while you get there.

ABOUT ME
My role is to help you make sense of your body, cut through conflicting advice, and keep doing the things that matter to you.
Through a blend of physiotherapy and exercise physiology, I focus on improving health, strength, and longevity, reducing injury risk, and helping you discover what your body is truly capable of.
